This Privacy Policy describes how Rendore Labs LLC ("Rendore," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use rendore.ai and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, and authentication data provided when you sign up through email or Google sign-in.
• Usage data — property addresses you submit for analysis, analysis results, what-if queries, and feature usage patterns.
• Billing data — payment method and transaction history, processed by our payments provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Log data — IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically when you use the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To enforce usage limits and detect abuse
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
• To analyze aggregate and anonymized usage patterns and improve our models

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral tracking, or profiling. We do not sell your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

We may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve the Service and develop new features. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service — such as authentication providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, property data providers, and AI inference providers. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

• Authentication provider — sign-in and session management, including Google sign-in when you choose that option
• Payments provider — payment processing
• Property and rent data providers — property addresses you submit may be sent to data services we use to analyze a deal
• AI inference providers — property data and financial inputs may be sent to AI services to generate analysis output. We do not permit these providers to use your data to train their models.
• Cloud infrastructure provider — hosting, storage, and operational monitoring

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and analysis history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. billing records).

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us at hello@rendore.ai. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes, so no opt-out action is required.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Service functionality.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service.
