Common questions
Everything here is meant to make the product easier to understand before you start analyzing deals in earnest.
What does Rendore do?
Rendore helps investors decide whether a deal fits their investment thesis, then generate fresh candidate properties worth a closer look.
How should I use Rendore?
Most people use Rendore in a simple loop: analyze a property you already have in mind, pressure-test the assumptions, then generate fresh candidate properties worth a closer look.
What counts as an analysis?
Analyzing a new address counts toward your plan. Re-analyzing an existing saved deal is free.
Does my investment thesis affect the analysis?
Yes. Your investment thesis shapes how our AI frames analysis, not the numbers. The financial math stays grounded. The interpretation changes with how you invest.
Can I change the assumptions myself?
Yes. Use What if? sliders to pressure-test price, rent, financing, and expense assumptions. When you save a fresh version of an existing deal, that re-analysis is free.
Do you use local market defaults for any assumptions?
Yes. Before the first analysis, Rendore can prefill vacancy, maintenance reserve, and property management with ZIP-level local defaults. We only do that until you change the sliders yourself. After that, your inputs take precedence.
What if a property is not actively listed?
If a property is not actively listed, Rendore will estimate price and rent when it can and label those figures clearly as estimated. You can also replace those assumptions with your own inputs.
Are estimated numbers labeled clearly?
Yes. When Rendore has to estimate price or rent, those inputs stay labeled as estimated so you can tell them apart from provided numbers and your own edits.
How is the verdict decided?
The verdict is rule-based first: BUY requires cap rate and cash-on-cash return above market thresholds with positive cash flow, PASS triggers when cap rate falls below a floor or cash flow drops below −$200 per month, and everything in between is NEGOTIATE. Our AI adds context and reasoning around that decision.
What happens when the decision is split?
When our AI models disagree, Rendore shows Split clearly and lets you read each model’s reasoning below. That is a signal to slow down and take a closer look, not something hidden behind a single verdict.
What is the feed?
The feed starts with a saved-criteria preview. When you press Generate feed, Rendore creates a fresh set of candidate deals matched to your current filters. You can open any one of those properties and analyze it from there.
Does the feed analyze every property automatically?
No. The feed helps you find candidate properties worth a closer look. You choose which one to open and analyze.
